All wholesale orders will be sent out with our shipping service Sendle, with tracking and insurance. After processing, shipping should take 1-14 days across North America. Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. 

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA.



Please allow for additional time for processing wholesale orders. When products are confirmed to be in inventory, it will typically take under 5 business days to process. For larger orders, it may take longer on a case by case basis.



After payment is processed, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced. Refunds, minus applicable fees, will be processed within 5 business days. If an order is already in the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible, and the full order value may be charged. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and customers should contact our team via email for assistance. 



We will accept defective or damaged items within 15 days of receipt of goods, within the product’s expiry date.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days.


You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send our team an email at Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.


If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!


If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
